Return Process

  Securely place the unused items back into their original packaging, ensuring all tags, manuals, and protective films are intact.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or scheduled pickup point.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned equipment, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
